Blood Donation Camp

Dr. Suresh Ahlawat was the Chief Guest in the blood donation camp. 37 individuals donated their blood in the camp. Dr. Suresh boosted the morale of these donors by endowing the badge with them.

A blood donation camp has been organized by The Chaudhary Sher Singh Memorial Shanti Devi Charitable Trust in the village Kila Jafargarh on 140th Birthday of Dinbandhu Sir Chhotu Ram. Sir Chhotu Ram was considered as a God of the farmers due to his unforgettable contribution in their rehabilitation. He got many social developing laws passed in the parliament. Farmers actually got rid of exploitation because of these decrees. Moneylender Registration Act 1938, free return of leased land, Agriculture Production Market Act, Debt Waiver Act was among these passed regulations.

Dr. Suresh Ahlawat was the Chief Guest in the blood donation camp. 37 individuals donated their blood in the camp. Dr. Suresh boosted the morale of these donors by endowing the badge with them. He said that blood couldn’t be formed and can only be borrowed from a human body. Hence, it is a very noble deed. He further advised people to follow the path of Sir Chhotu Ram. The Social Worker Dr. Suresh informed that the trust has been leading in the area of social service. He further distributed free medicines among 145 villagers after testing their fitness.

Our trust organized a Program during Corona era to cover up most of the remote locations or underprivileged villages. Our team performed several programs to inculcate Covid awareness among common public. We became successful in making them understood the significance of social distancing, usefulness of masks along with Sanitizer. We distributed innumerable gloves, face shield, and mask head caps free of cost among various government hospitals and general public, in and around Gurugram and district Jind dispensary. It was done specifically to provide effortless accessibility of gloves, face masks to the real needy citizens.

COVID has frightened everybody from Metropolitan cities to remotest locations of the entire world. In order to give a sense of relief our trust has taken the pragmatic initiative to sanitize each and every corner of the villages. In fact, we have covered the complete village Jharsa Wazirabad and district Jind. However, the expedition is still on.

COVID has literally shaken all the sections of the societies, particularly migrant labors. We have organized numerous donation camps all the way through Gurugram to collect funds. We redirected these resources to social organizations similar to RSS etc, which has a huge history of rendering services for the betterment of the society.

As a part of our attempts to make basic healthcare available for all, Muskaan, Jind with the assistance from trust conducted free health camps in villages, supplying relief to over 1000 people. Many of these villages had never healthcare facilities or even a skilled healthcare employee. Volunteers from the hospital – doctors, nurses in addition to paramedics- battle unfriendly land, the vagaries of nature and countless other adversities to arrive at the hinterlands, living up to our slogan of “Health for All”.
